KDI-Lab.1

KDI-Lab.1 is a password protected Air Lock controller.

Main usage of this device is in Cleanroom and calibration laboratories, where air flow from outside of the laboratory to inside may cause instability in the room's temperature and also contamination may enter the clean area, which causes some errors in very accurate and sensitive laboratory devices.

This device controls 2 doors of the Cleanroom and never lets these 2 doors to open in a same time. It's also password protected that avoids unwanted people to enter the Lab.

Users can follow messages in the device's LCD display to enter the Lab in a proper way. This device also has a keypad on it's front panel to enter the password and change setting of the device.

Technical description:

• 1*16 text LCD display with back light

• Device settings including password can be change for unlimited times

• It saves password and other settings even if you unplug it from main power

• It's a microcontroller based device and it's software can be upgraded in future for better performance

• User can change all of device settings via keypad
